Job Description:
1. Daily Hub Audits & SOP Compliance Checks:
- Conduct physical audits of hub operations focused on P0 Forward, P0 Reverse, and Code Red shipments
- Validate adherence to APF Framework
- Ensure genuine delivery attempts on P0 shipments
2. Live Dashboard Monitoring:
Take suggestions from ground, if they recommend some changes in the process
3. Live Dashboard Monitoring:
- Review ERP Dashboards with HI / TLs
- Ensure complete sorting and prioritization of all P0 cases
4. Training & Enablement:
Train HMTs on APF, Prepaid prioritization, and impact of delayed Code Red pickup
5. Escalation Handling & Reporting:
- Handle critical escalation from the team & Submit structured daily audit reports with quantitative and qualitative findings
6. Influencing behavior towards prioritizing customer-impacting cases / Metrics:
Be a CX champion on ground
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to get things done in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in operations or customer experience roles is a plus
- Note: The role is 1 year contractual role- Full Time Employment (Vendor Payroll). Based on your performance your contract might get extended or also might have the opportunity to get on role.
