About the Role :

The role will be a key role in Flipkart Supply chain and will be responsible for end to end store operations . He/She needs to independently manage a large team and ensure high customer NPS for all orders . At the same time the operations has to be done in lowest cost option.

You are Responsible for:

Warehouse Expertise

• You will be responsible for operating a store
• Lowest cost store operations with high OTIFs
• Developing the last mile network and maintain a healthy pipeline for recruitment
• Mapping the locality in terms of catchment and ensuring serviceability
• Keen eye on localization of the assortment
• Market Development activities and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Achieve High NPS from customers
• Instock and Availability
• Team development , Training and keeping attrition under required levels
• Store layout and Kaizen to achieve best in class P2D
• Ability to maintain a good relationship with external stakeholders impacting store operations
