About the Role :
The role will be a key role in Flipkart Supply chain and will be responsible for end to end store operations . He/She needs to independently manage a large team and ensure high customer NPS for all orders . At the same time the operations has to be done in lowest cost option.
You are Responsible for:
Warehouse Expertise
- You will be responsible for operating a store
- Lowest cost store operations with high OTIFs
- Developing the last mile network and maintain a healthy pipeline for recruitment
- Mapping the locality in terms of catchment and ensuring serviceability
- Keen eye on localization of the assortment
- Market Development activities and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Achieve High NPS from customers
- Instock and Availability
- Team development , Training and keeping attrition under required levels
- Store layout and Kaizen to achieve best in class P2D
- Ability to maintain a good relationship with external stakeholders impacting store operations
