Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Manager to join our Central Rider Operations team. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end rider lifecycle processes including onboarding, grievance resolution, insurance, asset management, telecalling, and communications. The ideal candidate will bring operational excellence, process improvement capabilities, and a data-driven mindset to elevate rider experience and efficiency across the board.
About the team
- Rider Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding, documentation, training, and exit processes for riders across regions.
- Grievance & Support Handling: Set up and manage rider grievance redressal mechanisms, ensuring timely resolution and feedback loops. Coordinate rider insurance coverage, claims processing, and ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Asset Management: Track and manage rider assets (e.g., uniforms, delivery bags, devices), ensuring accountability and timely replenishment.
- Telecalling & Communication: Lead centralized telecalling operations for rider engagement, feedback, and updates. Own rider communication strategy across channels (SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, etc.).
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in rider operations; design and implement scalable solutions and SOPs.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor key rider metrics (LM Metrics, productivity, attrition, etc.) and drive initiatives to improve performance and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional ops, product, HR, and finance teams to align rider operations with business goals.
