• Manage Agent performance tracking and development.
• Handle Agent coaching and feedback.
• Manage daily shrinkage and attrition
• Handle regular call calibrations with QA
• Handle floor initiatives.
• Leads/dialer management.
Required Candidate profile
• Should have min 2 years experience in Domestic Collections Team Leading role
• Should have excellent communication skills in English & Hindi and MS Excel
• Graduates will be preferred
