Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to special projects.
