Job Description:
- Taking down of copyrighted content (Audio, Images, videos) reposted by users without the consent of the original creators
- Review & deleting duplicate content from the different social media platforms
- Investigate & create reports on accounts tagged for using copyrighted content
- Understand policies carefully and take appropriate decisions
- Identify gaps in the existing policies and generate insights to improve the quality
- Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues
- Responsible to showcase proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
- Accountable for performance standards (Efficiency, Quality)
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
- Freshers are not eligible. Minimum 1 year of exp. in content moderation/ protection is mandatory.
- Have an Inclination towards global music
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)
- Basic PC skills (Internet navigation, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with dealing with routine work quickly and at a high standard
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in content protection, copyright infringement, investigations is preferred.
- Tech Savvy
- Aware of various social networking and music/video platforms
- Excellent proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
