- Expected to do high-quality stream of research output in the form of construction project profiles.
- The main job role will include tracking down the newly announced projects, updating the existing project database, and handling client queries as per the requirement.
- Good written and spoken communication skills are a must.
- The primary research (Calling) & Secondary Research are a key part of the job profile, and candidates are expected to speak to key players in the construction industry across the globe as per project to project requirements.
- The calling time may account to ~40% of the day’s time. The candidates should be proactive and willing to accept the new challenges or additional work that may come across once in a while.
