Job Description:
Team Management and Training:
- Train team members in primary calling, sourcing, profiling and analysis techniques.
- Manage a small team of Associate Analysts/Researchers independently.
- Monitor team performance to ensure the production of high-quality key contacts and information.
- Mentor and coach team members to help achieve quality and quantity targets.
- Track key KPIs and take corrective measures as needed.
- Prepare production trackers and MIS reports for management use.
Research and Analysis:
- Conduct Primary industry and market research in the construction domain.
- Track information on construction projects.
- Perform primary and secondary research to source live contracts, tenders, and key contacts from various sources.
- Undertake specific research to address custom queries.
- Collect data from secondary and primary sources, consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
Database Management:
- Conduct audits of construction projects to identify errors and provide training to overcome them.
- Ensure the end-to-end process meets publishable standards.
- Constantly track the key KPIs and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Generate ideas for new features and suggest modifications to the existing ones to improve the client satisfaction.
- Liaison with software team from time to time to get the desired changes implemented in the front-end and backend tools.

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Using Microsoft office tools – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Responsible for researching and analyzing the available data to enhance the content of the database.
- Dealing confidently and effectively with client queries. Managing and tracking timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicating regularly with other team members in both formal presentations and informal on-the-job training
- Well-honed research skills and the ability to uncover unique insights.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to write grammatically and analytically sound reports.
