Job Description:
We are hiring Process Executives for a Google gTech voice-based process. The selected candidates will be responsible for listening to and auditing pre-recorded calls to identify potential fraud, scams, or policy violations. This is a non-customer-facing role focused on quality control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to and audit pre-recorded calls received from Google.
- Evaluate and flag suspicious or fraudulent conversations based on set parameters.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in evaluations.
- Follow process guidelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams when necessary for escalations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA preferred).
- Note: B.Tech candidates are not eligible.
- Experience: 0 to 11 months only (Freshers can apply)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English)
- Good logical and analytical thinking

- Written Assessment: Versant English Test – Minimum score: 55
- (Only candidates clearing Versant will proceed to next round)
- Operations Interview (L1) via Talright platform
