Job Description :
1. Evaluate & screen profiles for all HackerEarth campaigns
2. Maintain quality of users and candidates in the community
3. Map active users to relevant campaigns
4. Engage with the community via telephonic calls to make campaigns successful
5. Review the applicants of events to evaluate if they will meet the required campaign requirements
6. Help the program managers team to design the engagement methods as per the community responsed
7. Track & Maintain a complete record of active & passive community members
8. Liaise with the stakeholders & streamline all campaigns managed by the team
9. Track important metrics for a successful event
