Job Description:
- Monitor KPIs for scaled operations using reports and performance dashboards.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide insights for performance improvements.
- Manage SLA performance and trigger Next Best Actions (NBAs) to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Track real-time performance data and identify gaps.
- Escalate issues and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Measure and report SLA adherence across teams.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a Command Center or related environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
- Strong technical and organizational skills, including multitasking across software applications.
