- Monitor KPIs for scaled operations using reports and performance dashboards.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a Command Center or related environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics, visualization, and reporting.
- Strong technical and organizational skills, including multitasking across software applications.
