Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and verifying loan applications and supporting documentation.
- Identify any deviations from policies or procedures and investigate root causes.
- Review assessment data to ensure authenticity and accuracy of the data received
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with evolving standards. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of loan origination, Processing, Validations & verifications processes and procedures.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Mortgage 4 C underwriting, Validations & verifications in Australian Mortgage domain.
- Proven experience in loan auditing, preferably in banking or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of Australia, USA, or UK lending regulations is essential for this role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with loan origination systems and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
