HCL is hiring for O2C/ Accounts Receivables(AR)/ Billing/ Collection/Cash Application.

Requirements:

• Hand on experience with Billing, Order to Cash OR Account Receivable
• End to End Billing process and Collection Process
• Order processing or Invoice Processing Experience
• Graduation is mandatory
• Good communication skills required.
• Experience 1 to 6 years
• Willingness to work in Night Shift
• Freshers With Good communication Skills can also attend.

Job Essentials:

• Ensure unbilled items are issued in a timely manner in line with targets/SLAs set.
• Daily validation & clearance of meter reading errors, contract errors, Partner Portal errors which are causing unbilled items.
• Identifying system issues and logging Solution Manger tickets to resolve
• Driving connectivity to ensure billing quality
• Promote Portal usage self-service for meter reading entry
• To ensure compliance with T&Cs and Business Rules and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules.
• Detection and help for process improvement opportunities for Billing + system improvements
• Actively seeking, identifying and communicating solutions to queries escalated to them by either the team or referred to them by the Team leader.
