Job Description:
Credit Variations Calculator (CVC) process requires users to accurately update the CVC spreadsheet with all the loan information. This includes key details such as customer & mortgage info, outstanding loan balances, loan to value ratio, security address, security value, title info and other essential loan data. The process aims to ensure that all fields in the CVC are complete, current and reflective of the loans status to support accurate calculations.

Key Responsibilities
- Review the CHLM application & Discharge Authority to assess and determine the applicability of CVC.
- Update all relevant existing loan information, including customer & mortgagors info, guarantor info (if any), loan account numbers, outstanding balances, and security details, into the CVC spreadsheet using data from CommSee, HLS, Genworth, D&D or other acceptable source documents.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when updating each field in the CVC spreadsheet.
- Ensure all cases are completed within the agreed turnaround time, maintaining efficiency and adherence to deadlines while upholding data accuracy and quality standards in the CVC update.
- Ensuring that all the cases are handled in accordance with the regulatory requirement.
- Ensure the banks security position based on customers requested variation request is verified and correctly reflected in the CVC
- Ensure credit variation (CHLM) applications are ready for assessment by credit decisioning team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in mortgage/home buying process
- Proven ability to effectively plan and coordinate incoming work and enquiries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication and stakeholder management skills, support by collaboration mindset and possess a service-based mindset with strong customer focus.
- Proven analytical, and problem-solving skills alongside deriving solutions for customers.
- Highly motivated, result driven, team and customer focused
- Detail Oriented – exercise extreme attention to details; thorough, accurate, organized, and productive and seeks to understand both cause and effect of a situation.
- Good Judgement – The exercise of Critical thinking, analysing and assessing and taking ownership of outcome.
