We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented freshers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment. Candidate will be responsible for solving customer queries through calls and emails, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
