Job Description:
- Meet and exceed SLA (Service Level Agreement) targets
- Achieve productivity and attendance targets
- Meet internal quality scores and maintain high standards
- Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Create orders for customers and ensure accurate processing
- Analyze customer interactions and provide insights to improve processes
- Multitask effectively to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Skill Set Requirements:
- Non-tech graduate (any discipline)
- Freshers encouraged to apply
- Typing speed: 30 words per minute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays)
