Job Description:
- Experience in reviewing of collateral including in depth analysis of certificate of title security report, Loan drawdown requisition and Title of Deeds.
- In depth knowledge of Land Registry history, Re Mortgaging documentation, Legal Property documentation reviewing.
- Should have experience in Analyze the Deeds documentation reviewing, I.e. Family home deceleration, Land Registry & Folio documents reviewing
- Experience in following up with Solicitors to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Analyze all Property documents, Property or Land Ownership history and Size of Property, Title documents, appraisals and all applicable compliance documents.
- Complying with regulatory standards and laws related
- Review loan files for completeness and accuracy
- Review the eligibility of Property, Borrowers and Lenders law.
- Evaluate debt ratio, loan-to-value ratios, credit score, property valuation
- Identify risk factors, including fraud red flags to determine or verify misrepresentation
- Condition files for missing/ supporting documentation as needed
- Complete required trainings and assessments
- Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage
- High level understanding of Mortgage, Commercial Mortgage Servicing, loan agreements and documentation
- Ability to build & motivate teams
- Ability to manage Client escalations and Client relationships
- Team mentoring & coaching individual associates who may fall below desired performance
- Continuously contribute towards process improvement
- Hold relevant experience
