Job Description:
- Responsible for all recruitment related activities.
- Conducting HR interviews – region
- Addressing HRIC / appointment letter requests received on a daily basis
- Informing respective mentors of the discrepancies and guiding them to cure FTNR.
- Discrepancy resolution with the SM / RSM and Central Ops team.
- Addressing mails and queries of mentors pertaining to recruitment.
- Sending recruitment FTNR – MIS on a daily basis and preparing other various MIS related to HR Operations.
- Support / Co-ordination with SM, in completion of employee joining formalities Pan India.
- Handle Projects basis new initiatives as assigned from time to time.
Key Responsibility:
- Complete Recruitment life cycle management
- Following up with business for HRIC
- Coordination with the Business
- Query/ HRIC Discrepancy resolution
- MIS/ Reports
Mandatory Skill required:
