Job Description:
- Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships with customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of consumer durables, unsecured loans, personal loans, business loan products to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations) to ensure seamless execution of loan applications from origination to disbursement.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for other financial services such as credit cards or insurance policies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in retail assets lending or related field (consumer finance).
- Strong knowledge of various types of loans including auto loans, two wheeler loans, mortgage loans, commercial vehicle loans etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
