- PU/Graduation (Any Stream)
- 3-6 yrs of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills

Key functions will be:
- On-the-job Product Training of new joinees
- Maintain MIS for Allocated Pool
- Tracking Callers properly
- Inspire / motivate callers to achieve targets
- Sending Pick-up files to FPRs
- Co-ordinate with Bank FPRs
- Identifying critical cases and act accordingly
- Prepare strategies for achieving Team targets
- Coordinate with Collection agencies
- Handling Escalation calls /agitated customers
Key Responsibilities:

- Performance Reporting
- Maintaining MIS
