Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional software experiences. Your responsibilities in the Business Automation Operate team will encompass the design, implementation and maintenance of operators for Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Workflow, and Case as well as handling traditional Install, Configuration, Migration.
- Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll be working closely with fellow developers on tasks like release-to-release migration, handling of security incidents, and level 3 customer engagement.
- Release-to-release migration
- Security focal handing security incidents
- Develop, enhance, and maintain operators for Business Automation software suite
- Owner of install, configuration, migration of traditional business automation software
- Level 3 customer engagement
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of IT experience.
- Proven background in agile software development with experience in CI/CD technology such as SPS, Tekton, Jenkins
- Experience with containers, operators, Kubernetes, docker, OCP, EKS, CNCF
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Go and Python
- Expertise in working with OpenShift and other container platforms
- Expertise in working with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipeline tools
