Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and prevent churn.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify and address customer concerns and complaints.
- Develop and deliver customer retention programs and initiatives.
- Track and measure the success of customer retention efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in customer retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Freshee to 2+ years of experience in customer retention or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry.
