Role & responsibilities:
- Outbound calling and converting lead into sales
- Customer logs on to the website and raises query for the products
- CRE to call customers and understand query and sell the product accordingly
- Explaining the customers product features and benefits
- Ensuring all compliance and SLA of the call are adhered
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Good thought process and sales skills
- Experience in outbound sales processes preferred
- Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage
- Graduation is mandatory (Full time/ Part Time)
- Experience:- 0-2 years
Work Details:
- Shift Timing-9:30 Am to 7 Pm
- 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs (Saturday & Sunday not fixed)
