Job Description:
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Customers via Email, Chat and Voice Calls, Blended Process
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues and resolve in the given TAT.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and service skills.
Requirements :
- Strong Problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
- 12th Pass, Under Graduate or Graduate
- 24*7/ 6 days working Voice campaign.
- No Transport
