Position 1: Terminal Service
Service: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services, address inquiries and special requests, resolve conflicts, and ensure satisfaction while maintaining safety and operational compliance for a seamless travel experience.
Position 2: Security
Service: Screen passengers, luggage, and cargo using advanced equipment, monitor access to restricted areas, and respond to security breaches and threats, ensuring safety and compliance with aviation security protocols.
Position 3: Ramp
Service: Coordinate ground handling activities, ensure safety compliance, and maintain efficient turnarounds through clear communication among staff, pilots, and operations, fostering teamwork and adherence to safety and security protocols.

- 10th and 12th Class original Pass Certificate and Graduation Marksheets
