Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage current accounts portfolio, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop new business relationships through effective sales strategies.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using banking products such as NBFC, Forex Trading, Liability Products, Financial Services Sales, and Field Sales.
  • Utilize POS machines to process transactions efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in Banking Sales or Business Development Management (BDM).
  • Strong understanding of Current Account sales officer roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient transaction processing (POS Machines).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
