Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage current accounts portfolio, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop new business relationships through effective sales strategies.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions using banking products such as NBFC, Forex Trading, Liability Products, Financial Services Sales, and Field Sales.
- Utilize POS machines to process transactions efficiently.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in Banking Sales or Business Development Management (BDM).
- Strong understanding of Current Account sales officer roles and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient transaction processing (POS Machines).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
