Primary Responsibilities:
- Team management in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Processing rush invoices (PMI).
- Handling off-cycle payments within the threshold.
- Processing manual wire payments.
- Passing manual journal entries in Accounts Payable.
- Conducting SAP check runs.
- Managing ACH transactions.
- Handling return checks and positive pay.
- Administering cards and processing Travel & Expense reports.
- Performing P-Card reconciliation.
- Investigating fraud/misuse through activity audits.
- Maintaining the Vendor Master.
Qualifications:
- University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of education.
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Good accounting skills, with the ability to analyze the accounts that the expenses are hitting.
- Ability to work independently in a non-structured environment.
- Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools.
- Specialist knowledge in one or more areas of Accounts Payable.
- Prior experience in process improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in leading process improvement projects.
- ERP experience mandatory.
