  • Other Monthly Reporting

2+ Years of Experience (RTR) : Responsibilities

  • Journal entry processing
  • Balance sheet reconciliation (Blackline)
  • Intercompany accounting
  • Month-end tasks end reporting
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Inventory accounting (limited requirement)
  • Standard costing (limited requirement)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Hands-on working knowledge of SAP

2+ Years of Experience (PTP) : Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Team management in the absence of the Team Leader.
  • Processing rush invoices (PMI).
  • Handling off-cycle payments within the threshold.
  • Processing manual wire payments.
  • Passing manual journal entries in Accounts Payable.
  • Conducting SAP check runs.
  • Managing ACH transactions.
  • Handling return checks and positive pay.
  • Administering cards and processing Travel & Expense reports.
  • Performing P-Card reconciliation.
  • Investigating fraud/misuse through activity audits.
  • Maintaining the Vendor Master.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 15 years of education.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Good accounting skills, with the ability to analyze the accounts that the expenses are hitting.
  • Ability to work independently in a non-structured environment.
  • Expertise in MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools.
  • Specialist knowledge in one or more areas of Accounts Payable.
  • Prior experience in process improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in leading process improvement projects.
  • ERP experience mandatory.
