Job Description:

• Talents should have graduation completion certificate and mark sheets for onboarding.
• Excellent in verbal and written communication
• Need to complete specific and dedicated training programs set by the client.
• Should be comfortable with 24*7, shifts
• 100% WFO, no hybrid
• Comfortable to work in Voice process

Roles and responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively listen and respond appropriately, probe and position to create a dialogue with the customer to build a positive experience
• Ability to empathize and relate to customers
• Prioritize the customer’s needs and concerns throughout the call
• Can structure a call in an organized, efficient, and professional manner which is easy to understand by the customer.
• Ability to present oneself as positive, polite, and professional throughout the call.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of overall client process.
• Identifies routine customer needs/problems and determines solutions/options to resolve problems using current workflow.
• Interface effectively and professionally with all levels of management both internally and externally
• Must be able to adapt drastically to schedule changes to meet operational demands.
• Must be willing to work independently with minimal supervision and be assigned to multiple sites onshore or offshore.
• Demonstrates professionalism and integrity at all times.
