Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle User/customer escalations and formulate actions to resolve any concerns and ownership till resolution
- Ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are met
- Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customers account in the prescribed format
- Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines
Preferred Skills:
- Good oral and written Communication skills.
- Target oriented.
- Good Analytical and Reasoning ability
- Client / Customer interactions / negotiation skills.
Must have skills:
- Preference for agents with experience in customer service, contact center, order to cash / order to shipment.
- Prior exposure to multinational firms is preferable.
- Prior exposure to multinational firms is preferable.
- Knowledge on supply chain management or order management operations.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
