Job Description:

  • Proficient with Banking Mortgage & Underwriting s experience.
  • Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments, Specifically to be comfortable to work in night shifts
  • Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently
  • Any graduates are eligible
  • Good Communication skills (Oral and Written)
  • Should be comfortable working from office (Mahindra World City)
  • Candidate should have knowledge of 1 to 3 years
  • 15 years full time education (No Correspondence)
  • Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
  • Good communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
  • All educational and employment documents are mandatory to have.
  • Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand)
  • Candidate should be well versed with reporting, professional in MS tools (for SME)
  • Candidate should hold strong domain knowledge – US Residential mortgage – Origination, preclosing, post-closing, processing, underwriting etc. with good communication skills.
  • Should be CRU (certified residential underwriter) certified in mortgage bankers association
  • Knowledge of US Mortgage Origination Guidelines, LOS systems, Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS), and custom underwriting software systems
  • Should be familiar with FNMA and FHLMC guidelines
  • Should have worked on all types of income skillset; wage, pension, SSA, disability benefit, self and rental
  • Should have worked on all product types of loans (FHA, VA, USDA and conventional)
  • Operational knowledge of wholesale/Retail and Correspondent residential lending guidelines

Pointers to note:

  • Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions. Original Government ID card is must for Security Clearance.
  • Things to remember while entering the campus:
  • Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team
