- Must have working experience in reviewing loan documents for US mortgage
- Sound understanding of the Mortgage Origination loan life cycle
- Good knowledge of Conventional Loans, Closing and Legal Documents
- Should have working knowledge with any Mortgage loan origination application.
- Accurate risk assessment to ensure compliance with industry and company guidelines.
- Effective communication with relevant parties regarding approval or rejection of loan applications.
- Fluent in English and good written communication skill
- Familiar with standard mortgage concepts, practices, and procedure
- Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly and work to tight and conflicting deadlines
- Should have good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation
- Good knowledge in MS office skills- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Presentations
- Willingness to work in US working hours (late night shift)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Preparing Initial and Final closing documents
- Perform fee analysis
- Prepare closing disclosures to Issue to borrower
- Review flood insurance, Title, Deed, Loan approval, tax cert and prelim closing disclosures
- Closely monitor individual closing pipeline, workload and volume levels for maximum balance and efficiency
- Review Cash to close & Request preclosing audit prior to Closing
- Ensure wire details are captured accurately
- Review & deliver final closing documents and clear to loan to fund
- Ability to understand regulatory requirements and impacts.
- Ensure disbursement takes place and loan moves to post close
- Ensure proper and effective communication with settlement agent until the loan funds
Documents and things to Carry:
- Carry a print out your updated resume;
- Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents need to be available for verification. (10th, 12th, Graduation (Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree)
- Candidates to carry mobile charger and ear/headphones to the hiring venue for in-person assessments and evaluations
