Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to fulfill those needs.
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and extending offers to successful candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
