Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end Jio Fiber business at the unit Level.
- Ensure right manpower availability as per the scope.
- Provide necessary on the job training and performance coaching.
- Achieve sales target for FTTH business at the Unit/Territory and at, individual level.
- Drive sales through other channels like general trade, sales partners etc.
- Conduct programs and campaigns for customer acquisition and, engagement.
- Acquire building and society permissions for the assigned, Unit/Territory.
- Maintain desired level of Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Build relations with local authorities and handle any unforeseen, situations and escalations.
