We at Kotak Mahindra Bank are looking for dynamic sales professionals for the following roles (On the payroll of Kotak Mahindra Bank)
if interested in Open Market Field Sales. Must be Currently Working.

  • Acquisition Manager: Grade: Asst. Manager – M1
  • Premier Acquisition Manager: Grade: Deputy Manager – M2

Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years

  • To source customers for Current Account, Saving Account Products of the bank.
  • Acquisition of HNI’s only
  • Acquire customer accounts like individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
  • Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
  • Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
  • Contribute towards building CASA book size.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should have some existing base of customers (Not Applicable for Fresher’s)
  • Graduate/Post Graduate : Fresher’s/1-3 years of experience
  • Customer orientation
  • High energy levels with a motive to succeed
