Qualification: B.Com
Experience Required : 0 – 3 Yrs Exp.
Job Description:
- Will be responsible to work on Help desk ticketing system and respond to the queries raised by employees.
- Should be able to Handle employees calls through IVR system.
- To ensure that all SRs are answered appropriately.
- To ensure polite and proper response to the calls.
2. Position:- Payroll Executive (on third party payroll).
Department – Payroll
Qualification: B.Com
Experience Required : 0 – 3 Yrs Exp.
Job Description:
- Will be responsible for payroll processing.
- Should have general office knowledge.
Skills requires :
- Should have good communication skills(both written & oral)
- Should be fluent in english & be patient listening.
- Should have knowledge of MS office( Excel / Outlook)
