- Participates in the data and analytics value chain, proactively using all P&O M&R related data to generate MI, performance insights, and improvement recommendations.
- Facilitates external benchmarking for centrally driven M&R efforts, owning the external relationship, scoping the terms of reference, agreeing on the terms of the contract, providing and validating data, reviewing the study results, and turning insights into action.
- Drives standardized M&R performance management through the implementation of reports into the regions, delivering consistency across the regions, and identifying and sharing good practices among the regions.
