Job Description:
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- This role will offer the right person the opportunity to work within a team of talented Salesforce technical experts
- Technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements within global Salesforce.com environments
- Manage and maintain coding standards and ensure code adheres to Maersk and Industry standards and are technically sound.
- Participate in all phases of development lifecycle (design, develop, delivery)
- Keep up to date on latest platform changes and champion to technical resources (via tech talks)
- Hands-on coding to collaborate on complex requirements.
- Maintain relevant documentation to describe logic, coding/configuration, testing and changes where applicable
Requirements:
- Knowledge around configuration, integration, and customisation (Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, SFDC REST/SOAP API, WSDL, SOA Force.com Migration Tool)
- Expert knowledge in one of the following cloud products – Sales, Service, Marketing (Preferred – Service)
- Experience in implementing Einstein for Service Cloud – Chat Bots, Einstein Reply Recommendations, and any other AI use cases would be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of, XML, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services
- SFDC Certified Developer (Platform Developer I & Platform Developer II) preferably
- Strong knowledge & experience in using code repositories & code deployment tools.
- Experience developing Lightning components (optional)
- Experience in working with AGILE and SCRUM
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships
- Collaborative mind-set, open to feedback.
