Job Description:
- Must have experience in Fraud Investigation.
- Conduct high-profile, complex fraud investigations.
- Multitask investigations with client follow-up.
- Ability to communicate at all levels and Excellent communication skills
- Staying current with knowledge of products/processes and services offered by the client
- Exercise sound judgment and decision-making regarding risk and fraud issues.
- Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, schedule adherence and maintenance of requisites
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in a fraud, compliance, or risk environment in the financial services industry.
- Should have experience in Threat Metrix and Pindrop Application.
- Experience from Voice / Semi-Voice background with excellent track record.
- Experience in ACH and Check fraud investigations.
- Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software).
- Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff.
- Proven expertise in financial investigations with strong analytical ability.
- Must have strong interpersonal, good communication (write & speak) skills (comprehend and action written customer requests).
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Preferred immediate Joiner’s.
