Job Description:

• Must have experience in Fraud Investigation.
• Conduct high-profile, complex fraud investigations.
• Multitask investigations with client follow-up.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and Excellent communication skills
• Staying current with knowledge of products/processes and services offered by the client
• Exercise sound judgment and decision-making regarding risk and fraud issues.
• Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, schedule adherence and maintenance of requisites

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a fraud, compliance, or risk environment in the financial services industry.
• Should have experience in Threat Metrix and Pindrop Application.
• Experience from Voice / Semi-Voice background with excellent track record.
• Experience in ACH and Check fraud investigations.
• Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software).
• Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff.
• Proven expertise in financial investigations with strong analytical ability.
• Must have strong interpersonal, good communication (write & speak) skills (comprehend and action written customer requests).
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
• Willingness to work from office.
• Preferred immediate Joiner’s.
