Technical Skills:
- Bachelors degree preferably BCA, BSc Computer science with 1 to 2 years relevant technical support experience
- Excellent Hindi and English verbal communication skills
- Good computer hardware knowledge
- Effective Communication Skills/Clarity in communication
- Should have logical approach and problem-Solving ability
- Ability to comprehend the queries raised by the customers
- Display Customer centricity and empathy
- Multitasking and quick turnaround
- The tasks of these Engineers could include one or more of the following:
- Must possess the zeal to demonstrate Customer First culture in every interaction
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix Hardware/ Networking/OS related queries over the phone
- Ability to use tools and telephony efficiently
- Ability to provide solutions to customers that may involve selling the customer a product or service to fix the issue.
- Active demonstration of ownership, time management and multitasking of tools
- Demonstrate high level of Interpersonal & communication skills & handle objections and customer escalations
- Should demonstrate good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving Hardware & Software issues
- Should have excellent CRM skills, Email/Chat Etiquettes, Customer First mindset is crucial
- A+ , N+, MCSA, MCSE Technical certifications would be added advantage
