Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
- International Voice Process
- Banking Voice Support
- Insurance Voice Support
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong knowledge of the Mortgage industry
- Sharp logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work in US night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to US mortgage services via voice support
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with US mortgage policies and service standards
