We’re seeking for qualified International Payroll /Payroll Administration Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for employees and management, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, providing timely and accurate support on HR and payroll-related queries, issues, and request. Your expertise in payroll systems, including Workday, SAP and Timesheet management is essential . will enable you to efficiently resolve issues and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibility:
- Ability to answer to queries related to payroll
- Payroll experience ( Workday, SAP, or similar systems)
- Timesheet management expertise
- Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Setting customer service standards
- Develop daily, weekly, by-weekly and monthly reports on help desk teams productivity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Requirement and Skills:
- 3- 5 years proven work experience into workday
- Hands on experience with problem solving pre-payroll and post-payroll and end yo end HR operations
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Team management skills
- Completed Graduation
