with its field Headquarters at Duliajan, Dist. Dibrugarh, Assam.
2.0 Oil India Limited intends to engage the following post on contract basis for its on-land
operations at Field Head Quarter, Duliajan, Assam purely for temporary requirement as detailed under:

> BE/B.Tech/Graduation degrees should be of minimum four (04) years duration and Maters degrees/Post graduation degrees should be of minimum two (02) years duration.
> Experience requirement will be as detailed in para 6.0 Reservation will be as per Govt. of India guidelines
Upper age limit as on the date of walk in interview for the above posts is 65 years.
The selected candidate(s) shall be entitled for 10 days casual leave during six months

filled up enclosed ‘Bio-Data’ form (given as attachment) as per the following schedule:

The candidates must bring the following documents at the time of walk-in interview failing
which he/ she will not be allowed to appear in interview:
(a) Filled-in Bio Data form.
(b) Original mark-sheets, pass certificates, caste certificate (if applicable) & experience
(b) A set of self-attested photocopies of original mark sheets, pass certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificate.
(c) 2 passport size recent photographs.
Experience Requirement, Job Profile& Responsibilities:
> The candidates should have working experience in OIL and Gas Industry/Gas Processing
Plant/Refinery/Petrochemical/Fertilizer Industry etc.
> The candidates shall have knowledge of safety in hazardous installation and will report to Shift in Charge
The candidate should have knowledge of operation/maintenance of pump/compressor/Heat
Exchangers/Pressure vessel/Storage vessel/operation of different kinds of valves/PSV/SRV’s is desirable.
> Working knowledge in DCS/SCADA/PLC control room will be desirable.
> Candidates should be able to attend operation of the plant as a whole in field & distributed control System and carry out running/maintenance of process equipment under the overall directive of the shift-in charge.
> Candidates should be able to log periodical readings of operating parameters in the plant during shift and record details regarding running hours of machine/equipment including defect, if any
> Candidates should be able to carry out all operations necessary for staring/stopping of equipment and changes in operating parameters of the plant as and when necessary
> Candidates should be able to attend to water treatment facilities, Ethyl Mercaptan dosing into LPG etc. in the plant and periodical checking of the same.
> Candidates should be able to operate switch boards of equipment including Fire Water Pumps as and when necessary.
> Candidates should be able to constantly check storage tank levels for LPG & Condensate and undertake timely switch over of tanks as necessary/ as instructed y shift in charge.
> Candidates should be able to carry out operations in connections with cylinder filling & bulk filling of LPG & Condensate and attend maintenance of the equipment used for the same
> Candidates should be able to open and close field valves, climb ladders of towers, tanks etc. and maintenance with proper tools and safety gears as and when necessary.
> Candidates should be fully conversant with all safety protocols, controls and fire protection system in the plant for handling the same in the event of any requirement/emergency.
> Candidates will have to assist the maintenance crew during major overhauling of plant or as and when required.
> Candidates should be able to guide, communicate and assist all the shift helpers (Tradesman) during shift duty.
> Candidates should be able to promote safety consciousness and ensure safety practices, initiate or take actions to remove all non-conformities, if any, in the area of function, perform any other duties as and when advised by the shift in-charge, work longer hours in case of plant shutdown or any other plant related emergency, to maintain coordination of other personnel of the department
> Candidates should be of sound health and should have proficiency in English and local language.
