Responsibilities:
- Deliver a comprehensive technical experience for merchants
- Take ownership and Triage issues raised by the merchant and customer success team and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify patterns and work with cross functional stakeholders to get them fixed
- Identify product & technical gaps and suggest improvements
- Monitor key metrics that ensure the future sustainability and quality of the technical experience.
- Responsible for on-time delivery and overall quality of deliverables
Basic Qualifications:
- Background in software development in one or more programming languages, preferably PHP/Java/. Net
- You give attention to detail and are able to debug complex technical problems
- Capable of researching, diagnosing, and resolving merchant technical issues.
- Direct experience as a user-facing engineer is highly desired
- You lead by example, by setting the right context, and by helping teammates do their best work
- You have Strong quantitative, analytical, and Problem Solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and listening skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
