Job Description :
Designation : Customer Service Associate
(Prior BPO experience preferred)
PS: Experience in Telecom Domain is must and preferred
Candidate should have experience in Voice Process
Should have good knowledge and hands on experience in billing and sales
Looking for candidate with excellent English communication skills with experience in working on calls
candidate with excellent customer service skills
Prior Experience is preferable but freshers with good communication skill can also apply.
Working days: 6 fixed working days & 1 fixed week off.
Cab facility: Two ways.
Salary: Negotiable.
Location: Noida
