Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test scripts using Tosca.
- Execute automated tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts and test environments.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
- Review requirements and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Work closely with other teams to ensure proper integration of test automation in the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and review processes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve test automation frameworks and processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Tosca Test Automation.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and practices.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with other test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- years of experience in software testing or automation testing with Tosca.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in other test automation tools or programming languages (e.g., Selenium, Java, Python).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration with test automation.
