Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations related to health insurance, ensuring smooth process flows
- Ensure compliance with all health insurance regulations and corporate policies
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential operational issues
- Lead and mentor the health insurance sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives
- Monitor and control team attrition, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Drive outbound sales efforts to expand customer base and improve market share
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate
- Comprehensive understanding of health insurance regulations (Mandatory skill)
- Strong analytical skills for effective data analysis to inform decision-making
- Proven experience in process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
- Solid track record in risk management within the health insurance sector
- Proficiency in health insurance sales and understanding of market dynamics
- Experience in general insurance sales processes and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to control attrition and maintain team stability
- Expertise in managing and growing outbound sales teams
