Job Description:
- Responsible to drive Demat & Trading account business through Wealth branches.
- Regular Visits to branches and Liaisoning with branch officials to promote the business.
- Engaging and imparting regular trainings and guidance to the Wealth staff
- Responsible to provide back-end support to the Wealth.
- Running the daily deliverable activities of the business ensuring achievement of KPIs and quality of service focus areas being: Client Acquisitions, Client Activations, etc.
- Building and managing Wealth relationship and timely resolutions of customer grievances.
- Achievement of Acquisition Target
- Managing key customer relationships, Building and sustaining investment relationships with High Net worth Individuals.
