Job Description :
We are looking for candidates who would like to work as Consultant/ Contract Hire – 100 % Work from Home & Flexible Working Hours Opportunity.
Job location: Pan India – 100% Work from home & flexible working hours
Desired Experience: Should be minimum 6 month experience in any field
Target Batch: 2016-2019
Course Specialization: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Probation/Training Period: 24 Days
Salary: INR 1.2 LPA – INR 2.4 LPA

– We are hiring a Customer Support Representative for Smarter Biz
– The candidate will have to manage customer queries and complaints.
– You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
– Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries
– Communicating with customers through various channels
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
– Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
– Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
– Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support requirement
– Candidate should have laptop android mobile phone version 8.1 and above
– High Speed – WiFi – Internet Connection
– It’s a Consultant Role – Earning Capacity – Starts from 10k to 15k Incentive Plans
– Virtual training – maximum 3 Weeks
– Average 5 to 6 hours of process training–Virtual 24 Days -Successful Completion – Will be Eligible for Stipend
Skill Set Required:
– General education degree or equivalent
– Candidates with experience in Customer Support will have added advantage
– Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
– Comfortable using computers
– Experience/ Fresher candidates can apply
– Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills (English and Hindi-Mandatory)
– Should have knowledge of computer skills
