Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to join our international customer service team. This role requires handling international voice calls (banking experience preferred) and providing high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
• Follow company protocols, compliance, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet performance and process targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Minimum 6 months of international voice experience (banking experience preferred).
• Willingness to work from office during the first month training phase (pick & drop provided).
• Must have a valid address proof for Mumbai.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to business needs.

Work Mode:

• First month Work from Office (Training, with pick & drop facility).
• From 2nd month onwards Permanent Work from Home.
