Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to join our international customer service team. This role requires handling international voice calls (banking experience preferred) and providing high-quality service to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
- Follow company protocols, compliance, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance and process targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Minimum 6 months of international voice experience (banking experience preferred).
- Willingness to work from office during the first month training phase (pick & drop provided).
- Must have a valid address proof for Mumbai.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to business needs.
Work Mode:
- First month Work from Office (Training, with pick & drop facility).
- From 2nd month onwards Permanent Work from Home.
