1. Process/Methods Engineer Sheet metal & Machining :
Qualification & Experience :- Diploma – 5-10 Years
BE / B Tech – 2 to 8 Years
Job Description:-
Experience on Process Sheet Creation, Raw material Estimation, APQP Creation, Tool order creation, Sheet metal forming Machine
AutoCAD, Catia, SAP, Aerospace material, GD&T, Heat Treatment
Preparation of make or buy, cost estimation for the RFQ parts
2. Configuration Engineer :-
Qualification & Experience :- BE / B Tech – 2 to 8 Years
Job Description:-
To manage configuration of the products manufactured and supplied by customers
Maintaining product Configuration of entire program assigned to Change Management, Customer Data Management, Material Master etc.
Revision control of the released documents through Change management and Maintain material master in SAP
3. Quality Engineer (QA/QC) :-
Qualification & Experience :- BE/BTech – Mech, Polymer, Chemical, Aeronautical & Aerospace
Job Description:-
Knowledge in Aerospace Manufacturing, Handling instruments & inspection methods for receiving, inprocess & final inspections.
Good knowledge in CMM/Laser Tracker, RCA & CAPA analysis, GD&T and APQP
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100 & AS9102 requirements.
4. CMM Operator :-
Qualification & Experience :- Diploma 2 to 5 years
Job Description:-
Good knowledge of CMM programming with PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss)
Programming CMM based on MBD model, drawing and good knowledge of PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss)
Ensure perform all type of inspection (CMM Manual & CNC inspection)
5. Quality Inspector (QA/QC) :-
Qualification & Experience :- Diploma 2 to 5 years
Job Description:-
Ensure that Quality Inspection activities and result recording, Part movement, non-conformance management and use of Callibrated instruments process
Carry out parts & product inspections, completion of work orders/ MIS, stamping off & part movements
Good knowledge on RCCA, CAPA, 7QC tools, Kaizen, Calibration & handling Internal Audits
6. Engineer Paint Shop (Chemical Processing & Paint) :-
